What is Vael Daily?
Vael Daily is a gentle daily supplement for energy and general wellness support. The serving is two capsules, taken once a day with a meal. It is formulated around a small set of familiar nutrients at everyday amounts rather than a long list of exotic ones. One bottle is a 30-day supply.

- Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate) — 2 mg. Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and supports normal nervous system function.
- Folate (as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) — 400 mcg DFE. Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and supports normal cell function.
- Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) — 250 mcg. Contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and supports normal nerve function.
- Magnesium (as magnesium bisglycinate) — 60 mg elemental magnesium. Supports normal muscle and nerve function and contributes to normal energy metabolism.
- Coenzyme Q10 (as ubiquinone) — 100 mg. Supports the body's own production of cellular energy.
- Rhodiola rosea root extract (standardized to 3% rosavins, 1% salidroside) — 150 mg. Supports the body's response to everyday stress and helps maintain a steady sense of energy.
Every amount is printed on the label. There are no proprietary blends hiding how much of anything you are actually getting.
Does it contain caffeine or any stimulants?
No. There is no caffeine, guarana or green tea extract in Vael Daily, and nothing else that works by speeding you up. Rhodiola is an adaptogen, not a stimulant. The idea behind the formula is steadiness rather than horsepower.
Taking it
How do I take it?
Two capsules, once a day, with a meal. That is the entire routine. Many people take theirs with breakfast, since the formula is designed to support a steadier afternoon, but any regular meal works as long as you are consistent. Do not take more than the serving printed on the label.
Should I take it with food, and can I take it alongside my other supplements?
Yes, take it with a meal. Vitamin D3 is fat-soluble, so food helps, and a full stomach is generally kinder when you are starting anything new. If you already take a multivitamin, a B-complex or a separate magnesium, compare the labels so you are not doubling up on the same nutrients. If you are unsure how it fits with what you already take, ask your healthcare provider.
What if I miss a day?
Take your usual two capsules the next day. There is no need to double up to catch up. Vael Daily is designed for steady daily use, so what you do over a few weeks matters more than any single day.
Can I take it if I am pregnant, nursing, or taking medication?

How long before I notice anything?

How long does shipping take, and can I track my order?
We ship within the United States only. Orders leave us within 2 to 3 business days, and standard delivery is a further 7 to 12 days from dispatch. Shipping is free on orders over $40, which covers the 3-bottle and 5-bottle options; a single bottle at $39 sits just under that, so standard shipping is added at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Email support@thevaelco.com with your order number as soon as you can. If the order has not left yet, we can usually change the shipping address or the quantity, or cancel it outright. Once it has shipped we cannot alter it, but the 90-day guarantee still applies.
Returns and guarantee
How does the 90-day guarantee work, and how do I claim it?
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to decide. If Vael Daily is not for you, email support@thevaelco.com with your order number and tell us you would like a refund. You do not need to return the bottles, opened or not, and you do not need to explain yourself. Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 3 to 5 business days. The guarantee covers orders placed directly through this store.
